Job Description:
– Strong working knowledge in hospitality C&B (regional or global experience), including salary review, salary research, benchmarking, initiating benefit programs and working with 3rd party brokers and consultants.
– Hands–on experience in hotel pre–opening, willing to travel and is a fast and efficient manager.
– Familiarity in industrial relations /union negotiation would be a plus
