Supervise the custody of employees passports, work permits etc. and ensure that records of employees are kept up-to-date at all times. Coordination with various departments on matters relating to employees like staff benefits, ,entitlements and insurance claims, supervise the arrangements for providing accommodation, furniture for staff, workers and other functions including hiring, registration, renewals and payments, ensure that proper legal documents like trade licenses, chamber of commerce certificates are established and renewed upon expiry.
