Jobs in UAE – Assist Project Manager in continuous HSE improvements in EP Clusters and Civils design and construction activities; manage annual HSE plan activities.
• Manage team and contractor HSE capability; manage team HSE capability matrix and training plans.
• HSE input into tendering exercises of various contracts.
• Review and approve Contractor safety design deliverables for unmanned wellhead island topsides.
• Manage Hazops, Hazids and other safety reviews as required.
• Review Contractor HSE Philosophy documents, annual HSE Plans
• Oversee all HSE in construction activities, identifying weaknesses, recommending tools, techniques, programmes for improvements
• Carry out Leadership safety visits to various contractor sites.
• Assist in the review of Contractor’s method statements and procedures and establish acceptable HSE practices far all construction related activities
• Assist in Incident reporting and investigation
• Act as coach to selected company National and Expatriate staff in the field
