- Provide professional advice and guidance to internal customers at all levels in the business on HR issues in order to ensure that HR policies are properly applied and implemented and high standards in HR practice are achieved and maintained.
- Contribute to the development of overall HR strategy for the overall business, which supports and enables the achievement of Company objectives.
- Plan short, medium and long term strategies for practicing in HR development and establish goals.
- Establish proper communication link between staff and department heads on company policies and practices.
- Provide guidance to HR section heads and ensure that they are performing the tasks with objectivity and plans
- Implement management approved salary grade and structure, review and prepare compensation packages of new recruits.
