Job in Middle East
Reporting to the CEO and Executive committee member, you develop the best Human Resources strategies and control the action plans that could be implemented. Involved for all the aspects of the function, you produce report & guides, lead and coordinate the overall implementation and provision of Human Resources services, practices and objectives for 3 plants based in Middle East area (around 900 persons).
Your first main tasks are to :
- Define the Human Resources’ strategies, services and programs (standards, procedures, values)
- Roadmap within the overall company
- Structure and anchor the processes by communications’ events, training and accompaniment
- Build a competency evaluation system
- So as to develop a corporate culture centered on employees which emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, autonomy and high performance, optimize the training programs according to the needs, performance and improvements’ system and budgets
- Develop and harmonize the managerial practices
- Get involved in support near operational people as regards organization and management
- In a global way, take care of maintaining satisfactory industrial relations.
