Jobs in UAE – This is a key role sitting at the core of a global HR transformation programme within a multinational financial institution.
Responsible for all HR support services (payroll, HR administration & system, induction and visas, etc) for the UAE (circa 4000 employees).
The role is a key appointment to the HR team, the chosen candidate will need to come in, make a quick impact, review & redesign processes and implement and drive significant change.
Team motivation is also key as there is a very talented but young and inexperienced team to be developed and managed.
Certain parts of the HR support services team have been outsourced and off shored so experience of managing third party vendors would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
Managing payroll
Processing end of service benefits and UAE/GCC pensions
Third party management – visa processing & off shored HR processes
Induction & relocation services
Managing a budget and producing clear MI and financial forecasts
HR governance
