Based in one of the Gulf countries and reporting to the Senior Service Manager, you will be required to provide technical and maintenance support to clients, sales personnel and distributors in the Middle East.
Responsibilities include:
• Carrying out general repair jobs on HVAC equipment
• Provide technical and service support to clients on HVAC + R
• Installation and commissioning of HVAC products, including chillers
• Prepare monthly service reports
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical parts
• Servicing and overhauling compressors (maintenance, trouble-shooting)
• Office work includes service quotations, meeting with customers, providing technical support
• Business development – new business growth, meet service targets, customer satisfaction
• Travel may be required throughout the Middle East
