-The primary purpose of the position is to lead the HVAC workshop and maintain harmonious working relationships.
-Installation, repair and maintenance of control systems of heating, ventilating and air conditioning.
-Interpret instructions and related information into meaningful work.
-Check and sign HVAC work orders and review equipment maintenance history.
- Supervise and coordinate training activities
-Maintain and enforce a safe working environment.
-Take care of the client satisfaction.

Essential functions of the job include:

- Install, diagnose, inspect, repair, maintain and service a wide variety of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment and systems.
- Repair and maintain low-pressure hot water systems, gas wall heaters, ventilation units and air conditioning units.
- Plan and schedule work for the group ensuring proper distribution .
- Estimate time, cost, type of supplies required for projects.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, instructions LTC policies.
- Conduct periodic inspections of LTC buildings and facilities to determine repair needs; establish and coordinate programs of preventive maintenance.
- Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
- Ensure that all equipments are safely released to the technicians.
- Implement HVAC technicians’ training and testing program to ensure skill sets are kept current.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

- Utilizing computer aided designs to smoothen and improve the production process.
- Carrying out regular repairs to minimize equipment/ operations down time.
- Rational use of materials and spares.
- Equipment/plant is available and ready for commissioning on time.
