Jobs in UAE – Reporting to the area manager, you will provide inside sales support to a team of several salesmen developing lighting solutions for major commercial/private real estate developments. Your role will involve:

1-Serving as a hub of information between the sales team, sales manager and overseas manufacturers

2-Coordinating with overseas manufacturers to receive project costing, technical info etc

3-Liaising with corporate headquarters to receive project estimations

4-Coordinating with logistics to ensure your teams project deliveries are made on time, in the right manner etc

5-Coordinating with accounting to ensure your teams project invoices are billed to the client

6-Updating database of clients, liaising with them to provide them with catalogues, promotional material etc

7-Handling initial customer enquiries and directing them to sales

8-Preparing technical submittals using powerpoint in order to aid sales in receiving technical approval for our lighting solutions
