Job Description:
– Carry out gap analysis of the UAE National Developers (Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Technicians, Supervisors and Engineers).
Indentify the knowledge & skills that remain to be acquired.
– Prepare relevant Training schedules based on the actual needs of population concerned.
– Develop program curriculum and teaching material related to discipline trainees needs.
– Identify and arrange the learning resources/documents (such as training material, Operating manuals, Maintenance manuals, Training manuals, Technical Drawings viz. PFDs, P&IDs, Critical Competency Checklists, Task Based Assessment Lists, Operations & Maintenance procedures and Standing instructions etc.) that are required by the trainees.
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities:
They are looking to hire services of an Instrument & Electrical Instructor. Job location is Abu Dhabi. Total working days per annum: 183 Man days per annum. Salary range per day worked: $450 – $600 per day (the above mentioned rate is per day worked. This amount is deemed to include salary, accommodation, end of service benefits, allowance, airfare, paid leave etc).

Minimum Requirements:
– B Sc. In Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering Discipline or equivalent qualifications.
– Over Five years of Electrical/Instrumentation Maintenance experience in upstream Oil and Gas Industry, and at least 3 years of teaching / training experience.
– Good knowledge of competency based programs and VQ”s.
– Very good standard of written and spoken English Language and Arabic.
– Must be computer literate
– Excellent presentation / interpersonal skills.
