Responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities will include accurately understanding the client’s objectives and requirements and communicating the information to the design/development team
• Understand the design and development process works, and are able to recognize problematic areas, as well as provide insight and solutions to move the project along.
• To develop O2 i activities, marketing strategies, plans and new concepts / ideas to the clients on quarterly basis in order to improve our relations with the client and to increase our business portfolio and services with all clients under the account manager. These plans / strategies should reflected in increasing the sales revenue from the clients and this will reviewed by the management in quarterly basis, Achieve/exceed the respective target to maintain market share and earn profits.
• Develops client relationship by serving as a key internal and external contact for project status and workflow and Develop and manage project plans and logistical project details. Coordinate project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel.
• Helps facilitate team meetings and team communications.
• Performs as an operations leader who will manage internal resources to ensure advertising service projects meet cost, schedule and quality parameters.
• Develop and maintain professional and cordial relations with the clients’ representatives, and Team members to ensure a high level of professional service and a positive atmosphere in the office ensuring that the team builds excellent relationships with internal and external parties based on co-operation and respect for all cultures and nationalities.
• Make efficient and optimum use of the available resources to achieve company objectives.
• Coordinates with creative services, production and media services to ensure that advertising materials are created, produced and published as per client’s requirements.
• Responds to inquiries and researches and resolves problems related to transactions handled by the unit; serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of day to day administrative and operational issues.
• Keep apprised of client’s products/services/marketing developments.
• Gather and assemble background information, research, and analyses as needed for development of creative briefs and new business presentations
Provide and Implement Strategies to grow revenue
• Respond to client phone calls and be aware of all client activities to provide back-up to the Account Director.
• Coordinate signatures/approvals from clients and make sure all media and projects proceed according to plan and deadlines
• Act as liaison with other agency departments and vendors. And Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
