Jobs in UAE – Provide all design related services and activities to prospective and existing client. Present suggestions to clients along with a summary of the expenditure involved, negotiate and arrange for modifications when required.
Manage and control all projects from beginning to the end, maintaining constant communication with the client.
To have a turnover of a minimum two signed design contract per month and subsequent 8 Job Contracts.
Make design presentation to the client and keep in contact with the client throughout the project and address any problems as they arise.
Must be fully conversant with the activities of the business in order to liaise effectively with the client and other members of the organization.
Work with other Interior Designer and Branch Manager in the orderly handover of the project to the operation department.
Handover the project to the client, including communicating the closure of the project to respective individuals within the organization.
Search and research for new ideas, solutions and alternative means to elevate the design process and quality.
Ensure proper data entry into the Master Filing System for all Project Files, and custodian of the Master File while it remains in the Design Department
Conduct villa hunt every week to enhance client search and acquisition and maintain a database.
