Job Brief :
Receive the inventory stock plan from the supervisor and inform the clients of the stock counts to ensure their entries are updated prior to the physical stock count. Plan for the requirements of the physical stock count viz scanners, laptops etc and arrange for them well in advance. Conduct the stock count as per the schedule and reconcile the count with the book entry. Reconcile the physical count reports with the book entries and generate discrepancy reports. Circulate to the clients for their inputs and submit the findings to the Supervisor. Person Specification :
Graduate in any discipline. Good knowledge of system audit as well as stock count gained through formal training or work experience Good interpersonal skills Ability to work in multinational environment Dynamic and proactive personality High analytical and mathematical acumen.
