Jobs in UAE – Job Purpose:
•To identify, profile and build relationships with major institutional real estate investors within designated territories
•To organize and launch new events and initiatives to encourage investor participation
•To organize new and existing not-for-profit events and initiatives for the real estate industry
•To encourage attendance of investors to the Cityscape portfolio of events
Key Performance Indicators:
•To profile a specified number of investors per month
•To conduct a specified number of calls and meetings with institutional and private investors per month
•To provide a quarterly report to management of the investment climate from the designated territories
•To identify and source appropriate moderators for investor round tables at all Cityscape events as required
•To organize business breakfasts within designated territories as required
•To identify and source appropriate moderators and speakers for business breakfasts as required
•To write any promotional copy for websites, e-shots, printed marketing materials as required
•To organize any new initiatives launched by the investor relations department
•To conduct research activities for the group
Main Tasks and
Responsibilities:
Investor Database:
•Gain a good understanding of the B2B real estate industry globally and understand who the key players are and their roles
•Proactively identify institutional investors in real estate through various media
•Research and profile institutional investors in real estate using a specified format
•Help create and build a dedicated investor database
•Develop contacts to improve future events
Research and Content Development:
•Attend exhibitions and conferences with the aim of conducting research with target groups
•Conduct research to support the development of any new launches or initiatives as required
•Conduct phone interviews and face to face meetings with investors for research purposes and to build relationships
•Produce research surveys and polling questions for events
•Identify topics that would be of interest for business breakfasts, investor round tables, lunches and any additional networking sessions
•Select, invite and secure high level moderators and speakers for business breakfasts, investor round tables, lunches and any additional networking sessions
Marketing:
•Work closely with the marketing team to promote events as required
•Identify, invite and confirm target audience for exclusive or invitation-only events and drive attendance for value-add sessions
•Write event sales copy meeting deadline requirements for round tables, breakfast briefings and any new events as necessary
Project Management:
•Work closely with the group and event directors to deliver effective value-add services to all Cityscape exhibitions
•Work closely with sales and sponsorship teams to identify commercial opportunities for round tables and networking events where appropriate
•Work closely with logistics to secure appropriate venues and in any pre-event operational requirements
•Work closely with logistics to ensure smooth on-site management and delivery of all relevant events
Investor Relations Development:
•Work closely with Head of Investor Relations and event teams to develop new formats and value-add events to drive investor participation across the Cityscape portfolio of events
