Job Description:
– Design, implement & support the IT Department and its related products (Servers (Exchange, Domain Controller, Backup, SQL Servers etc) routers, switches, firewalls, antivirus, network layout)
– Installing and configuring of computers, applying operating system updates, applications and configuration changes for the overall business both online and offline.
– Coordinate with the service providers to acquire the best cost benefit for the It requirements.
– Handle, manage and configure Windows 2003 Standard and Enterprise Editions for different Systems and Applications.
– Supervise, perform and monitor network connectivity status and systems security
– Creating and Maintaining of User Accounts. Adding / deleting / modifying user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
– Answering technical queries, troubleshooting any reported problems and configure system performance
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Skills:
Must have excellent written and spoken English skills, good time management, project management skills as well as good interpersonal skills and good knowledge with internet & windows basics.
