Jobs in UAE – Attend to requests coming on telephone, email or by other means.
Assist users to diagnose and resolve data communication (IT Systems) problems. Set up user accounts, regulate and monitor file access.
Maintenance of peripherals like printers, scanners, telephones, etc and upgrade equipment to PC users.
Execute and help in rollout, installation of IT Hardware and software.
