1. Plans systems requirements according to the company strategy.
2. Prepares IT budgets and capital expenditures.
3. Advises, chooses and oversees the installation, management and proper interfaces of all hotel systems taking in consideration the time and cost.

Education: Bachelors Degree
Skills:
1. Authorizes access levels and maintains security codes
2. Troubleshoots system failures and ensures prompt support from suppliers
3. Maintains and updates existing systems
4. Ensures the legality and sufficiency of software licenses
5. Continuously suggests new technologies and improves processes to benefit the operations of the hotel
