IT OPERATIONAL MANAGER
I am searching for a very experienced IT Operational Manager to manage and supervise the planning, implementation and support of IT infrastructure and systems to ensure IT service delivery to partners and staff is meeting the needs of the business.
The IT Operational Manager will be liaising with other business areas to determine IT requirements, working with 3rd parties to deliver product and services and will communicate issues within the business in general and IT team in particular.
Will be managing IT infrastructure services including:
Network
Telephony
SAN
Servers (with associated software)
Data centre services
Implementation and management of the following areas:
Specify, procure and implement new IT systems
IT resource and capacity planning
Production of accurate management Information
Procedural controls and processes
Security policies and procedures
Education:
Minimum of Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
Skills and
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of IT management experience within a large organisation.
