The Candidate:

- Familiar with the Companies Act, Securities Commission Policies and Guidelines according to UAE Laws Listing requirements and other relevant legislation moreover, knowledge of Qatar Laws will be a plus
- To handle all Legal matters of the company
- Familiar with UAE / Qatar labor law requirements for a listed company
- Knowledge of RERA & FIDIC

Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years in the same field.
