Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel in Kuwait City is a luxurious beachfront development featuring 395 rooms and suites, 80 serviced apartments and 12 chalets. Guests of the hotel will have access to a 200-metre private beach, a Talise Spa, swimming pool, children’s play area and six restaurants and lounges. The hotel will also feature extensive conference and banqueting facilities.

As the Learning and Development Manager you will deliver leadership development programmes for the Messilah Beach Hotel, facilitate the implementation and consistent achievement of the Jumeirah L&D processes and take responsibility for hotel trainers and L&D team development.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Upholding training standards in the Business Units by ensuring and monitoring training design and delivery and consistently improving training standards through close consultation with Directors of Human Resources and Training Managers.

* Monitoring the quality, productivity and developmentof the training team, including Training Managers,and review of annual training plan based on the results of the Training Need Analysis

* Preparing training budgets, reports and chairing regular meetings with training colleagues in order to secure information flow and foster ongoing harmonious business relationships.

* Delivering and facilitating Management Development Training for senior and executive managers
