•Analyzes educational materials for content, message, and values
•Designs and/or prepares training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices
•Delivers presentations, stand up training, or other forms of instruction to AFG stakeholders
•Assists in conducting training needs assessments and recommend training programs
•Assists employees in the creation of their own individual development plans through Success Factors learning management system
•Through the learning management system, assists with the creation and management of a Group knowledge bank of employee talent, experience, KSA’s, and education
•Writes reports, memoranda, correspondence, newsletters, bulletins, and records
•Assists in the evaluation and updating of training programs to keep current with new techniques and training information
•Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service to all Learning & Development stakeholders
•Works closely with IT and assist/participate in the update, roll-out and management of SuccessFactors.
