Main Responsibilities of the role will include:
Providing support and guidance for drivers regarding all jobs pertaining to the Lease Department, as well as taking on additional work to enhance the productivity of the department Provide high level service to all Lease customers by ensuring prompt exchanges of vehicles in line with Company policies, procedures and standards Plan, organise and effectively monitor vehicle exchanges so that the number of exchanges per day and downtime between exchange and return of lease vehicles to customer are kept to the minimum and within the target specified Act as a senior/mentor to drivers in everyday operations for the Lease Department Taking ownership of additional reporting and job features that will enhance the Lease Department such as, Inventory Additional Driver information, Salik queries etc The job holder will attend to customer queries and complaints regarding the vehicle Initiate with the customer when the new lease vehicle is ready for delivery and arrange for delivery of the same. Monitor the maintenance history for service due on a vehicle and registration expiry dates of lease and monthly vehicles in the front-end system Coordination with customer’s external insurance company Provide supporting documents with respect to cost of damage repairs as well as fuel consumption for all lease exchanges to the respective functions for the purpose of invoicing.
