Jobs in UAE – Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

•Drafting contracts in Arabic and English
•Giving legal opinion and recommendations on various matters relating to the Advertising and Media business
•Drafting and negotiating Franchise and Licensing agreements
•Assisting in the set-up of off-shore companies
•Advising on companies’ incorporation procedures
•Liaising and maintaining good relationships with various legal bodies (such as law firms)
•Drafting legal notices, letters of intent, letters of engagement and memorandums of understanding
•Advising on Intellectual Property Rights laws and regulations
