Job Description:
– Manage clients supporting their critical business issues.
– Build Sales Plans for assigned accounts.
– Develop strategy to help dealers achieve their business objectives.
– Build relationships with dealers through program implementation, key initiatives, development of training plans, pricing and sales support.
– Mobilize and integrate the company’s dealer resources to create sales opportunities.
– Ensure that clients/dealers are mobilized on a local level to support customer projects.
– Meet and/or exceed dealers / customers expectations.
– Implement key corporate initiatives & programs.

Experience: 5 – 10 Years

Education: Bachelors Degree

Skills:
– A graduate in a Business related degree.
– 6+ years experience in an International sales position with a proven sales record.
– International exposure and mindset ara a must.
– Proven track record negotiating at all levels with different cultures is essential.

– Excellent market knowledge.
– Broad exposure and understanding of corporate strategies.
– Self motivated, self directed & willing to accept responsibility for results.
– Ability to travel frequently.
