Reporting directly to the General Manager-Gulf and North Africa, your primary role will be providing the Sales and Marketing team with leadership and direction needed to achieve sales, margin and market share goals. Your main responsibilities will include -Establishing and coordinating objectives, policies and programs within the context of the Corporate plan -Setting future direction for new products and business opportunities -Co-ordinating and preparing the annual marketing and sales plan and presenting to upper management -Developing and motivating staff so as to achieve top performance -Focusing on customer satisfaction and commitment to quality and compliance -Monitoring closely the budgets and expenditures in ensuring that resources are spent in line with plan commitment.
