As the Marketing Executive you will assist the Director of Marketing – International and the Marketing Manager in the implementation and active management of the marketing strategy in order to achieve our WIGS (Wildly Important Goals) and lead measures. You will be located at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and will be part of a very motivated marketing team. You will actively monitor, guide and support colleagues to ensure brand standards and policies are adhered to.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting competitor analysis including SWOT and price comparisons;
* Designing, executing and delivering world class in house marketing collaterals and programs in support of the WIGS and lead measures;
* Managing activities within designated budget;
* Managing and improving the Guest Service Directories, In Room TV content, Eye on Dubai Channel (for in room TV) and producing a weekly calendar of offers and tracking response to key messages;
* Managing agency relationships (advertising, graphic design, printing, promotional events, media) to educate and ensure that these partners truly understand and can maximize the value of the Jumeirah brand;
* Ensuring website content for the relevant areas of responsibility are updated for all Business Unit web sites.
