We are launching a new ecommerce startup to serve the region and need a marketing manager to get their hands dirty and use their head.
You will be involved in:
o PR/Consumer Marketing
Contribute to the development of marketing plans to support revenue generation objectives
Meet KPI’s related to website traffic and referrals
Manage day to day relationships with PR
Implementation of social media strategies and technologies, including
o Voice
Work with the team to plan and implement the company’s voice
Strategize and Implement company voice across all touch points
Must be a wordsmith with a sense of humour
o Community Management
Strategic planning and implementation of community management
Coordinate Customer Care to implement policies
Represent the voice of the community
Manage discussion forums, policy, and moderation
