Job Description:
– You will need to maximize value capture through professional execution of Marketing and Sales Operations of Crude or GTL products.
– Monitor market situations and carry out studies with the aim of guiding export programs towards maximizing corporate revenue and developing new markets or improving existing international markets of Crude or GTL.
– Establish and manage flawless execution of the strategy and annual business plan for the product with key performance indicators/targets.
– Direct and lead the negotiation of the contracts and negotiate settlements in line with the company policy and procedures.
– Implement a bench marking system to monitor performance to achieve pacesetter level in marketing activities.
– Implement, with support from Information & Studies the approved pricing posture for their non regulated products.
– Manage the operational sales and marketing of one of the non regulated products.

Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Skills:
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
– University Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economics or Business, ideally with specialization in Marketing.
– Over 10 years experience in oil/gas energy industry with at least 5 years front line selling in commercial marketing activity.
– Knowledge of quality for crude, GTL, base oils, components and products and the supply, production and blending options to maximize value.
– Knowledge of freight contracts and the shipping markets
– Experience of finance and business controls
– Experience of risk and risk management
– Excellent commercial and relationship skills must have been demonstrated in previous jobs and/or assignments.
