As the Marketing Manager Rooms you will be responsible for managing short- and long-term channel marketing communications, promotions and merchandising initiatives (on- and off-line). You will manage FIT and LEISURE channel specific marketing activities and provide general support for the Director of Marketing – Rooms and will actively monitor, guide and support Jumeirah brand standards implementation, alignment/compliance within the SBU’s.
Your responsibilities will include:
Executing and periodically adjusting comprehensive marketing strategies and programs in support of the FIT and Leisure Channels;
Managing activities within designated budget;
Ensuring that RSO offices have appropriate levels of marketing collaterall for the cluster, are made aware of key marketing initiatives, and ensuring accurate tracking of RSO marketing initiatives;
Ensuring that property signages are assigned to the preferred supplier and obtaining final sign off from marketing;
Working directly with group and cluster marketing colleagues to achieve performance of lead measures by developing marketing initiatives that measurably increase revenue, loyalty and NPS scores;
Managing agency relationships (advertising, graphic design, printing, promotional events, media) to educate and ensure that these partners truly understand and can maximize the value of the Jumeirah brand;
Ensuring Website content for the relevant areas of responsibility are updated for all Business unit web sites.
