Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will develop, implement, execute and measure online and offline marketing tactics and initiatives that support overall corporate marketing strategies in raising awareness, building brand image, and generating leads. This can include writing actual communications to helping with the design and layout, to facilitating deployment and follow-up of campaigns. And in order to ensure continuous learning and improvement, you would be expected to follow some campaigns through qualifying leads and closing deals.
You will source new suppliers and persistently follow-up with existing suppliers to ensure timely execution of tactics (printing, online, etc.), maintain an updated tactics schedule and provide weekly team updates, conduct regular meetings with the business development team to align objectives, monitor competitors marketing activity, provide proposal support (writing, proofing, layout, etc.) for business development and assist in managing the databases to generate target audience lists for campaigns.
You are goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You are self-motivated, have a strong initiative and be comfortable working independently with minimum supervision. You are passionate about marketing and have high-expectations for the quality of your work and that of others. You are very persistent and persuasive, able to conduct negotiations with confidence, not giving up in the face of some challenge.
