Strategic
• Participate in strategy formulation for campaigns and promotions
• Prepare detailed budgets, action plans and timelines for campaigns and promotions then taking them to the operational level.

Process / Operational
• Manage campaign and promotion lifecycle, from agency contact and creative selection and approval to developing new collateral, genre specific campaigns, verification and legal checking of copy, etc.
• Monitor all follow-up reports for each Ad campaign with respect to its impact on sales
•and actual exposure of ads
•Negotiate various forms of media (published, broadcast, web) for competitive rates, evaluate their proposals and recommend to marketing manager for final decision
•Participate in the negotiation process with the Ad agencies and printing agencies on need basis
