A market-leading financial conference company is looking to grow its successful team and is seeking candidates for their event management and marketing departments.
Job Overview:
- To produce high quality marketing materials and related tasks to ensure an appropriately Awesome onsite spectacle for each of our events.
- To source, co-ordinate and work with suppliers for the conference stage backdrop, A/V requirements and exhibition
- To work with suppliers and our team during the build-up and the event itself including follow ups for materials such as logos, proof-reading, compiling information for suppliers
- To support Marketing, Event Management, Business Development, PR & other functions related to MEGA conferences.
- To build the MEGA brand and our respective conference brands.
