Manage and control the site Junior Engineers and Inspectors.
Review Technical Specifications for compliance with submitted or proposed materials for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire or Gas.
Responsible for the execution of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire and Gas works. (Chillers, Chilled Water Distribution, Central Air Systems, Split Systems, Package Units, BMS, External Water Supply, Panel boards, Fire Alarm, ELV Systems, lighting etc.)
Review & prepare Technical and Financial impact of scope variations
Review the drawing submittals (both shop drawings and vendor drawings) for compliance with Contract Documents
Review the Mechanical Calculations for compliance with the Contract Documents
Implement, manage and control the Project Quality Assurance plan.
Produce & Process shop drawings.
Develop schematic and design development sketches and drafting.
Provide options analysis and costing to monitor project costs.
Prepare the work plan for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting and Gas systems installations.
Liaise with the project planner to prepare summarized and detailed programs for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting and Gas systems works
Participate in preparing the purchase orders for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting and Gas systems materials and equipments and monitor the implementation of these orders until goods are received on location.
Participate in preparing their periodical valuations
Liaise and follow up with Authorities (ADDC, Civil Defense, Etisalat etc.) for the approval of the related systems drawings.
Assist the project manager and operations manager in completing other duties as assigned.
