* Management of overall project budgets.
* Keep the Manager of Projects informed of problems and progress and seeking his assistance on problems which cannot be resolved on Project.
* Monitor engineering department’s services ( drawings, surveying & value engineering ) related to projects under his control.
* Coordinate and optimize the utilization of resources, equipment, material, tools,etc. within projects.
* Produce detailed overall Staff / labour requirements for the project under his control.
* Monitor, identify, and analyze all project costs with a view of facilitating the completion of the projects at minimum cost and within budget limit.
* Other duties as assigned
