Lead Development & Deployment
1. Lead team of technical consultants in customization of the product to meet the needs of the customer based on the specifications from the Senior Functional Consultant
2. Assign tasks to team, make sure tasks are executed
3. Integration of the solution with the customer’s legacy databases and systems
4. Document custom developed functionality in accordance to documentation standards and best practices
5. Implement add-ons and code from third parties
6. Initial test of the developed functionality
7. Data migration development and testing
8. Timely completion of project
9. Clear communication to technical consultants
Functional Module/ Vertical Development
1. Understand Functional requirements in coordination with Senior Functional Consultant, Communicate to Technical Consultants
2. Design & Develop functionalities as per functional document
3. Conduct functional test together with the functional consultant to ensure functionalities are as expected
4. Development within accepted time lines
5. Well structured design & user friendliness

Skills:
Qualification & Experience
o ERP Professional, with 4 + years experience in implementing ERP software for mid sized firms.
o MS Dynamics Nav Certified Developer with 4 years experience in C/SIDE, C/AL
o Should have worked on integration projects, by integrating MS Dynamics Nav with other applications based on VB, VB.net, COM, ASP, ASP.net etc.
o Should have hardcore experience in development of new functional/vertical modules
o Thorough knowledge on implementing, trouble shooting & training MS Dynamics Nav
o Implementation experience of minimum 3 projects.
o Good client handling, communication skills a must.
o Conceptual knowledge of Accounting / Finance domain a plus.
o Retail/Contracting Domain Knowledge is a must
o Should have worked on developing Arabic Interfaces of MS Dynamics NAV
Functional/Technical Skills
o Experiences in a development role for Microsoft Dynamics
o Knowledge about technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics
o Business process understanding
o Web Services and Microsoft® Office Sharepoint® Portal Server
o Microsoft® .NET technology, Microsoft® Visual Studio® development system and Microsoft Dynamics specific development environments
o Solid understanding of Microsoft technology stack
o Understanding of key ISVs within the defined vertical(s)
o Integration of Microsoft Dynamics to other applications
o Understands and follows development best practices and ensures that modification are documented
