Job Description:
1. Additional experience with PowerBuilder and/or Java/J2EE (EJB, JMS, Servlet, JSP) is preferred;
2. Practical experience in object–oriented analysis and design;
3. Agile/Scrum and waterfall development methodologies with additional knowledge of UML and Use cases
Business knowledge and communication
4. Collaborates with business and subject matter experts to arrive at detailed business requirements specifications; provides constructive advice on alternatives to solving overall business need;
5. Contributes and provides significant contributions in the design, coding, testing, support and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software;
6. Collaborates with other developers and provides significant contributions to develop specifications to resolve business client questions, problems, and to address enhancement needs;
7. Interfaces with senior management to provide and obtain information and to build consensus regarding project direction;
8. Encourages and supports others to perform their jobs more effectively (e.g., provides advice, tools and/or resources).

Experience: 5 – 10 Years

Education: Masters Degree
