- Administration of the enterprise wide IP network. Resolve complex technical issues with CISCO Switches, Routers, VPN Appliances (Checkpoint NGX, Cisco PIX), VPN clients, Symantec Gateway Security (SGS) appliances.
- Implementation and administration of Network Attached Storage (NAS) systems as a central file server with add-on security at different levels for accessing files and data resources.
- Administration and management of Active Directory services in a multi domain environment.
- Management of multi domain 2-tier email system with inbound and outbound routing.
- Configuring, monitoring and fine tuning Firewall, VPN, Anti Virus, Anti Spam rules, and configurations for the enhancement and maintenance of Corporate IT security policies.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Windows 2003 Server.
- Managing user accounts, security and user access rights.
- Work as help desk for the users (Hardware & Software troubleshooting)
