The non-technical training manager ensures product knowledge and expertise by managing the Non-technical training on company product as well as business management training in all areas of the business to all selected distributors and company staff. The areas of responsibility for the non-technical training manager are:

•Sales Core training

•Sales Launch training

•Parts Training

•Customer Service Non-technical training for service advisors, service managers & warranty administrators

•All Company product training

•Manage training days as defined by Scope of Works (SOW) for Sales.

•Achieve Training Certification for Distributors.

•Achieve satisfaction surveys for sales training.

•Ensure all field staff and identified retailer personnel are certified to company wholesale and retail standards.

•Monitor training class enrollments.

•Manage sales launch training prior to product launch.

•Achieve Satisfaction surveys for sales launch training.

•Monitor training class enrollments.

•Manage training days as defined by SOW for Parts.

•Achieve Parts Training Certification for Distributors.

•Achieve Satisfaction surveys for Parts training.

•Ensure all field staff and identified retailer personnel are certified as per company wholesale and retail standards.

•Monitor training class enrollments.

•Manage training days as defined by SOW for Non-technical.

•Achieve A/S Non-technical Training Certification for Distributors.

•Achieve Satisfaction surveys for A/S Non-technical training.

•Ensure all field staff and identified retailer personnel are certified to company wholesale and retail standards.

•Monitor training class enrollments.

•Manage training days as defined by SOW for Parts training.

•Ensure all field staff and identified retailer personnel are certified to company wholesale and retail standards.

•Monitor training class enrollments.

•Establish and maintain cross-departmental integration to ensure support for key initiatives and objectives.

•Support organization of Training meetings.

•Publish Training-related Bulletins using intranet.

•Monitor achievements of training supplier.

•Participate in global training meetings and leverage company global best practices wherever possible.

•Manage Learning Management System.

••Manage all training re-bills on a timely manner.

•Administer training budget management to prevent overruns.
