Job Description:
– Responsible for delivering the defined primary care services and supporting all aspects of professional and operational delivery to agreed standards.
– Work in close partnership with the Clinical Team Manager and the local health community to support their strategies and priorities for the development of the service. Promote confidence and public trust and uphold the reputation of the nursing profession.
– Looking for a registered Nurse someone with any Nurse Practitioner experience in healthcare or primary care.
– 36k–40k per annum.
