Job Description: Air Charter Service was founded in 1990 and is now globally recognized as a leading name in flight chartering. Their continued success means They are now looking to employee an Office Manager for their Dubai office in the DAFZA.

As the Office Manager you will be responsible for reception duties and managing general telephone enquiries. You must therefore possess an excellent, professional telephone manner. You will manage any administration for the office including ordering supplies, meeting room administration etc.

You will be responsible for the general support and diary management of the General Director. This will include preparing documents and reports for meetings, taking minutes, booking meetings etc. You will also be expected to assist head office with HR and Accounts administration for the Dubai office.

A knowledge of IT infrastructure & phone systems is desirable as you will be managing the telecommunications for the office.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years experience in a similar role. You will be a cheerful person who is well organised and able to meet deadlines under pressure. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential and fluency in Arabic would be desirable.

Salary : AED 10,000 – 12,000
