Job Purpose & Scope:
– Liaise and implement FI-S offshore Projects & Activities related to Pipeline inspection, mostly Intelligent Pigging Surveys.
- Liaise with Contractors at site to carry out assigned offshore works, report on progress, ensure all required data is acquired and properly saved for future use/reference.
Main Tasks:
1. Establish pre-award draft statement of requirement (SOR) & work plan.
2. Finalize post award work plan with site & contractor
3. Devise & supervise any required site survey (s) pre or post award; identify & communicate any departure from agreed Scope of Work (SOW).
4. Liaise mobilization/demobilization of involved personnel & equipment
5. Ensure reporting is current, frequent & reflect actual progress.
6. Discuss with contractor & report any slippages from agreed work plan and way forward to overcome them.
