This fast paced logistics company who are growing with new projects each month, have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Operations Director to join their organization.
Experience: 10+ Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Sales & Corporate Services department you will be leading the team through the day to day management of large scale logistics requirements, lead a well established team, identify areas of improvement, develop strong working partnerships with key stakeholders, redefining the companies policies and procedures.
Skills:
To be successful in this role you will come with 10 years Project Management and/or logistics experience whereby you are used to driving the logistics behind large projects. Through your leadership skills, you will be able to demonstrate your capability of thinking on your feet and driving the team strategy through to inception of the project. Effective time management along with excellent negotiation and problem solving skills are mandatory.
