Job Description: Experience Level
7 – 10 years of experience with Oracle EBS required. At least 6 of those years should be working with the Oracle HRMS Applications, and qualified candidates will have experience in at least 3 full–cycle Oracle Applications implementation projects of HR and Payroll modules in Abu Dhabi legislation.
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities: Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving
Experience troubleshooting and supporting existing installations is strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgments
Good client presence
Work well with teams or in a global team environment
Prior consulting experience is preferred

Oracle HCM (Senior Consultant) – Deep knowledge and hands–on design and configuration with Oracle R12 including a substantive mix of the following
Modules:
* HR, Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor
Knowledge of Web ADI, HR Analytics, Fast Formulas is a plus
