To work closely with other members of the IT team, Vendor Team, and Depa Commercial and Accounting staff in order to successfully manage the implementation, ongoing development, and training of Supply Chain related Oracle Modules.Duties and Responsibilities :
Serve as the Oracle EBS R12 Procurement / Inventory / OM / Services Procurement / Contracts and related modules expert, liaise with the DEPA Business Users and Vendor Team members to drive the current ongoing implementation Identifying key business processes / elements involved in DEPA’s Supply Chain and related functions Should have knowledge of Integration between Supply Chain and Project Module suite within EBS Monitoring the Vendor team for quality implementation of Supply Chain and related modules Reviewing the documents / deliverables delivered by Implementation Vendor team Performing in house training for users and IT team on need basis Work with Oracle Support to ensure system is running smoothly Manage Oracle EBS R12 Post Production Support for Supply Chain and related modules In future effectively roll out the implemented solution to other sites globally
