Jobs in UAE – - Under general direction, performs analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design and installation of new and existing PCs.
- Works on moderately complex applications. Confers with end users to provide assistance on determining hardware/software needs.
- Provides support to end users on all facets of PC use. Provides troubleshooting to end users to diagnose and resolve PC problems.
- Installs and configures new PCs.
- Trains end users on the proper use of their PCs and procedures.
- May also perform tier 1 and 2 level support on the Help Desk.
- Ensures that firm wide policies and procedures are adhered to.
