Job Description:
They are seeking to hire Personal Assistant.

– A large group in Dubai seeks to hire a Personal Assistant who will offer administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
– Main responsibilities will include: Provide secretarial, administration and office support for the Senior Manager and act as a primary liaison with external and internal clients, schedule visits and co–ordinate with other departments in the execution of day–to–day work.
– Prepare the CEOs agenda for various meetings.
– Co–ordinate meetings and transcribe meeting minutes.
– Manage calendar/travel schedule.
– Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and forward reports as per schedule to appropriate statutory bodies.
– Responsible for the development and preparation of agendas, schedules.
– Formal correspondence, internal memos.
– The candidate must be a graduate having strong ability to multitask and proactive skills with minimum 5 years of experience in this field.

Experience: 5 – 10 Years

Education: Bachelors Degree

Skills:

Shorthand skills are a must.
