Job Description:

– The purpose of this job is to implement the corporate compliance assurance program of the Integrity Management Systems for wells and surface facilities.
– Implement the corporate compliance assurance program of the Integrity Management Systems for wells and surface facilities;
– Ensures that Integrity standards, specifications, manuals, and systems for surface facilities and wells are developed and maintained up to date;
– Reviews, in coordination with Operations, Integrity Management, Reserves Development, Engineering & Major Projects, as well as line stakeholders the annual integrity management programs and systems to identify inefficiencies, potential weaknesses and risks to surface facilities and wells;
– Works with business unit leaders to increase awareness of the integrity compliance program;
– Participates in developing the self–audit program for wells and surface facilities integrity compliance;
– Conducts audits, spot–checks and investigations, analyzes findings, prepares reports, and maintains records for areas/activities within scope of responsibility;
– Monitors and investigates reported integrity compliance concerns;
– Develops corrective action responses to audits and investigations findings;
– Summarizes compliance issues and communicates any matter deemed as a potential risk or weakness to supervisor. Makes recommendations to improve compliance;
– Maintains awareness of compliance issues related to areas of responsibility across the organization ;
– Participates in investigation assignments as and when required and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
– Keeps abreast with latest integrity compliance standards, programs, and methodologies; and recommends utilization where applicable;
– Participates in the development and training of department members with emphasis on integrating UAE national employees.

Experience: 5 – 10 Years

Education: Bachelors Degree

– B.Sc. in an Engineering discipline with 6–8 years in integrity management/audit experience related to the oil & gas industry.
– Strong knowledge of integrity issues related wells (completion material, fluids) and surface facilities
– Strong knowledge of integrity and quality management & control systems
– Candidate should: have strong written and oral communication skills
– be analytical, independent, and self–motivated
– be flexible, and capable of multi–tasking
– have a valid UAE driving license
– Arabic–Very Good
– very good knowledge of English language.
