Planning and scheduling:
a. Preparation of micro level programs of work for the Technical department in primavera software to ensure that it satisfies the project master schedule for the following major categories:
a.1 Delivery of project shop drawings.
a.2 Delivery of material quantity requirement list (MRL) & PR creation.
a.3 Delivery of production drawings.
a.4 Concept development, mockups, shop drawings etc..

b. Preparation of milestone tracking dates in excel formats to ensure easy understanding and summary of micro level programs.
c. Preparation of category wise manpower deployment schedules to foresee or surplus of manpower at the technical office to fulfill set target.
