Jobs in UAE – This role is mainly responsible for preparing the time schedule of the project. He will monitor the progress as it is implemented and will advise action to meet the schedule if delayed. He will also be responsible for collation of data and preparation of reports or submittals, such as the daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed internally or by the client. He will also generate other documents (i.e. cash flows s-curves, recovery plans, two-week-look-ahead, etc…) as needed by the project.

1. Presenting schedules of work in visual form such as bar charts and procedures diagrams
2. Selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project
3. Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work
4. Liaising with the project staff, client, regulatory agency, to discuss progress or make adjustments to the schedule as necessary
5. Providing advice and support on the detailed activities in order to optimize work output
6. Prepare and submit the weekly and monthly progress reports.
