Responsibilities:
Develop key partners for co branding of Cards and vendor portfolio.
Develop key marketing activities, such as value benefit to card customers.
Support the Product Manager in the creation of new card products and its structure. Contribute to designing and developing process for new products.
Develop key support with Operations & Information Technology. Design, map and implement the process for delivery of cards and product literature to customers.
Execute marketing campaigns related to card products and monitor & evaluate and effectiveness of campaigns.
Perform competitive scan and timely feedback to Sales, Marketing and Credit to ensure that competitive edge is maintained and targeted penetration is achieved.
Interact closely with business teams, distribution, credit policy to contribute towards
developing profitable payroll employer portfolio.
Coordinate with Marketing in helping to design tailored packages to targeted employee segments to help increase salary transfer penetration.
Ensure customer satisfaction to sell more effectively and expand our market share.
Interact pro-actively across related operating/support departments to find enduring solutions to ongoing business issues
Ensure satisfactory conduct of relationship and early rectification of other issues if any.
Support the Product Manager in reducing cost on acquisition and marketing spend. Ensure budgeted expenses are not overrun.
Ensure compliance and control standards are implemented.
